How does billing work?
Auto-renew is on by default. Each renewal is a one-time charge from prepaid balance or a saved card — not a card subscription. Turn auto-renew off to let a number lapse.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, PayPal, and prepaid balance. Prices are in US dollars. Add $1–$500 to prepaid any time.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on most numbers. Premium destinations show a one-time fee next to the monthly price on coverage.
Do I need the phone system to call out?
No. Set call handling to Sound-Seed Voice (SIP) and use any SIP app or Sound-Seed Mobile. Incoming is included; outbound is per minute.
Can I choose my number?
Yes in the US, Canada, Australia, and 50+ other countries. Use the pick-specific filter on coverage.
Can I port my number in?
Yes. Upload a signed letter of authorization and a recent bill from the panel. Typical US/Canada ports take a few business days.
